At an "Alternative Green Energy" exhibition at Ohio State University today, we had a great interest and feedback from visitors about the Automatic Sun Tracking System and Sadoun 60W Mono Crystalline Solar Panels.
The auto tracking system has built-in sun finder that will track the sun automatically from sunrise to sunset. It has wind anemometer (speed meter) that will send a signal to the panel to lay flat horizontally if the wind exceeds certain speed.
Photovoltaic panels are being installed in more places, and users are looking for ways to improve the performance of solar photovoltaic (PV) output. Adding an auto solar tracking system will increase panel output by up to 35%. This will reduce the amount of panels needed to generate certain output (wattage). Tracking the sun to keep the panel perpendicular to the solar rays is one of the best ways to improve the output of a solar PV panel.
Here are a few pictures from the event that show the self powering / tracking demo unit with 4x 60W Sadoun Solar Panels. The demonstrated unit is self contained with 240W total Solar panels, 2-Axis Auto Tracking system, ( and optional: battery, charger, power inverter, and light bulbs). This unit was customized with the optional items to be used as a training tool in schools, training centers and institutions).
We offer several complete Solar tracking system models:
240W, 500W, and 1100W units.
The systems are designed, built, and manufactured in Columbus, OHIO
Patent pending for tracking system.
